If your received product is damaged or defective in any way, please return it to us within 5 days of delivery (return should be with prior confirmation from NMS team)
Any damages reported after 5 days will not be considered for refund or exchange. Magic products that are opened and used are not eligible for return.
Media items (BOOKS, DVDs, CDs, DOWNLOADS, etc.) cannot be returned once they have been opened or viewed/downloaded. If there’s an unusual circumstance we will make every effort to take care of you. Video Downloads are non-refundable.
ALSO, Products Broughts In Sale or on special discounted price is non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.
Cancellation & Refund of order?
Nikhilsmagicshop.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where Nikhilsmagicshop.com is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or during the misuse of gift coupon. However, Nikhilsmagicshop.com will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so canceled, is intimated by email or through phone within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
Can you take returns?
We only take a return if the shipped product is damaged or in case of any malfunctioning and it will be replaced with the same working Magic Trick. In magic Tricks Secrete is the most important factor, sometimes props don’t look that much valuable which you have paid, it’s because of the secrete. A secrete can have a million-dollar value with simple props. If the product you received is good but still you want to return it please contact us with a valid reason for your return, our team will try our best to understand your situation and provide you a solution, but we cannot give 100% assurance that we will take a return.

How do I return items damaged in transits?
You can return items if damaged in transits that you have purchased back to us via the post or to your local courier.
you need to manually visit the Indian Post or Local Courier center near you and ship the Product, we don't have reverse pickup service Available for now.
Return / Damaged / Defective Props must be Shipped back with-in 7 working days or else 10 % restocking fees will be applied on returned/damaged/defective product. once we receive Damaged/Defective Trick it will be replaced with the same working Product.
In the case of Returned Products Shipping charges, we will give you shopping credits, not the cash payment.
Refund & Exchange
Product Exchange or payment Refund is not allowed once you received the Parcel; in case your order is shipped and then you want to cancel you need to reject the parcel while delivery. and after receiving it back to our office we will refund your Product Sub-total amount.
The exchange will be made only with Valid Reason approved By NMS Team, defective Product will be replaced with new working products after receiving damaged Products.
