FAQs about Orders and Deliveries in Lockdown

Due to the Covid-19 situation, our shipping partners are not allowing to process COD orders because for cod human touch is required, to keep social distance between our valuable customers and the delivery person we are closing our COD service for some time.

ALL pending orders previously placed ( Prepaid & COD ) will get shipped as soon as the Government restriction will over. 

Only New COD orders we are not accepting. order placed before will be shipped. 

1. Can I now place an order with cash on delivery option? 

No, looking at the current situation we have disabled COD option from payment options for some-time. because for cash on delivery human touch is required to pass cash, to avoid direct human touch and make your product delivery safe and contactless we are only accepting pre-paid orders. 

2. I have already placed an order, but it is showing not shipped or long delivery date?

We are gearing up our operations to start delivering all products across the country in all zones following the Central and respective State Government guidelines. Hence, deliveries may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience in this regard.

3. My address in is Containment Zone.

if your area is in Containment Zone. then the courier partner will keep your order in their warehouse, in such situations most of the time the courier team will call you and ask to collect the package from their office as they are not allowed to deliver in your area. 

meanwhile, you can also keep watch on tracking information and contact the courier team with your tracking number for further assistance. 

4. Is it safe to receive orders?
