In Effect - Magician starts with an envelope that contains a prediction, keep it in full view, 

a spectator is asked to select any card randomly from a deck and remember it, place the card back in the deck. 

now magician takes his prediction envelope and shows there is one card sadly that is not a correct one, suddenly he drop a stack of jumbo size playing cards there are many other cards.

The spectator is asked if his selected card is in the stack of cards. and Yes his card is there. 

Now magician closes all cards together and waves his trusty magic wand over the card When he reopens the stack magically one card is reversed when it is turned back it matches the spectator's selected card. 

So EASY and looks totally impossible!
