In close situation magician shows a solid brass block, then he takes tissue paper and toothpick from the table now he wraps the block inside the tissue, and magically he passes the toothpick or pins from the center of the block. the toothpick can be shown clearly from all sides when it is in middle of the block to show it’s not an illusion or mirage it's purely magic, at the end when the block is unwrapped from the paper it is found still solid and can be handover for examination
